Job Description

You will be responsible for creating high-end value-added designs such as Banners, Mailers (html and Web-design), GIFs, Posters, Ads, Infographics. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) to produce visually appealing, neat, clean, graphic-rich, animated, high impact PowerPoint presentations that appeal to a c-suite audience. You will design, produce, and format PowerPoint presentations from rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, word documents, emails, or images, creating pleasing and effective tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint while upholding Capgemini's brand guidelines and design standards, and demonstrating creativity within the framework. The primary skills required for this role include having 2-3 years of relevant experience/exposure in video production (shooting & editing) and motion graphic designing, with edit skills being prioritized over video shooting skills. You should have a good command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 2D animation, compositing, design, and video production and editing is essential. Knowledge of working on Adobe Dreamweaver and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS would be advantageous. In addition to the primary skills, secondary skills required for this position include the ability to comprehend instructions, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentations. You should possess out-of-the-box creative thinking, an eye for detail, and adaptability to new design technologies. The role will require you to work independently or with very little supervision, showcasing good communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to perform video editing and motion graphics tasks effectively.,
