Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Nursery & Kindergarten)
Location: Pathfinder Boarding School, Haldwani | Nainital

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary caregiver and educator for the assigned class, ensuring the holistic development of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment to support learning through play, activities, and interactive methods.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in Literacy, Numeracy, EVS, Rhymes, Art & Craft, and General Awareness.
• Focus on developing communication skills, social manners, motor skills, and basic discipline in students.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Monitor students’ health, hygiene, and overall well-being during school hours.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and organize activities like storytelling, role play, and celebrations of festivals/events.
• Maintain class records, attendance, and reports as per school guidelines.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth functioning of the class.
• Take additional responsibilities during school events, assemblies, or in times of need.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate with NTT / D.EL.Ed. /B.Ed in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior teaching experience in Pre-Primary/Nursery/Kindergarten is preferred.
• Strong command over English and Hindi communication.
• Warm, patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality to handle young children.
• Creative teaching approach with activity-based and child-centered methods.
