About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mother Teacher to serve as the academic and emotional guide for young learners. The role requires creating a nurturing classroom environment, managing all-round development, and acting as the primary link between school and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
• Ensure overall development: academic, social, and emotional.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and student records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and conduct PTMs.
• Identify and support individual learning needs.
• Foster values, life skills, and positive classroom culture.

Requirements

• Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed./ECCE/NTT (mandatory).
• Prior experience as a class teacher (preferred).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with children.
