Mortgage Servicing Specialist

You will be responsible for researching and reviewing forms, disclosures, and other documents to ensure compliance with ECOA, HMDA, Regulation B, TRID, and RESPA. Your duties will include tracking compliance questions, providing guidance to underwriters, and communicating with team members on applicable regulations. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Reviewing forms, disclosures, and documents for compliance with laws and regulations - Tracking compliance questions and requirements - Collaborating with underwriters for denial reasons and codes - Providing guidance to loan officers and team members - Validating denial codes for accuracy - Understanding underwriting policies and guidelines Your qualifications and experience should include: - Graduation degree or higher - Minimum 2 years of experience in lending functions - Knowledge of the end-to-end mortgage process is preferred You should possess the following competencies and skills: - Strong analytical, judgment, logic, and reasoning skills - Flexibility to work in multiple shifts - Good communication skills The company is located in Pune and operates in the business process services sector.
