Job Description Skills Required: Able to work in a fast paced Agile-centric team environment for the design /architecture, development, maintenance and delivery of enterprise monitoring systems in the IT applications and Infrastructure and across Business Functions. Responsible for integration and implementation of specialized monitoring and SLA management tool in a complex and scaled out environment monitoring over hundreds of critical devices. This Agile-Centric project role works directly with Architecture teams, support teams, and customers on a daily basis to provide platform support and assistance. Should have minimum 8+ years of Experience specializing in Design, Implementation upgrade and support of (minimum of two tools) CA Tools / IBM Tivoli /HP Open view /Service Now/ BMC / Nagios / Solarwinds with proven work experience on a large project / client environment. Good Knowledge on various Operating System Linux, Windows, Unix, Solaris etc. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good Knowledge on product upgrades and maintenance, troubleshoot tools related problems, and will be responsible for the overall availability of the tools infrastructure and the environment. Good troubleshooting Analytical knowledge. Flexible to learn and manage other Enterprise Tools from other OEM stack. Good Knowledge on Perl, shell, java etc. scripting. Maintain knowledge documents and Preparation of Integration, Operations Run book documents. Strong experience in a 24x7 high availability environment. Understand the monitoring requirements of a customer translate them into functional requirements.
