Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert located in Punjab (Ludhiana/Amritsar). The M&E Expert will be responsible for system monitoring, providing technical assistance, conducting data analysis, and applying statistical methods. Key tasks include monitoring project progress, designing and implementing monitoring frameworks, evaluating project outcomes, and preparing detailed reports. The expert will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Management
• Minimum 10 years' experience of large construction projects
• Minimum 2 years experience of MS Project and Design and implementation of Management Information System (MIS)
• Experience in water, sewerage,/ sanitation, urban roads/ transport, solid waste management, slum improvement etc. will be preferable.
• Strong System Monitoring and Technical Assistance skills
• Proficient in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the infrastructure consultancy industry is a plus
