Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Molecular Docking and Simulation Specialist located in Gaya. The primary responsibilities include conducting molecular docking studies, analyzing biomolecular interactions, and performing in-depth computational analyses related to therapeutic molecule design. The role also involves designing and refining drug molecules based on interactions with target chemokines and cytokines, collaborating with the R&D team to support experimental validations, and preparing detailed reports on research findings. The Specialist will contribute to critical drug development projects aligned with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Molecular Docking and Computational Modeling
• Experience with tools such as AutoDock, Schrödinger, and other related platforms
• Skills in Structural Biology, Bioinformatics, and Protein-Ligand Interaction analysis
• Technical proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience in Data Analysis and preparing scientific reports
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary research teams
• Master’s or higher degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Prior experience in pre-clinical research or Ribozyme-related studies is a plus
