Molecular Biologist

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Molecular Biologist to join our dynamic team at Technoculture Research based in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India. As a Molecular Biologist, you will be responsible for leading and executing advanced molecular biology techniques, such as nucleic acid extraction, PCR, and gene expression analysis. Your expertise in molecular biology, hands-on experience with flow cytometry, and familiarity with next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies will be crucial in contributing to cutting-edge research and therapeutic projects while ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include designing, planning, and executing molecular biology experiments, performing cell-based assays and flow cytometry for cell analysis, developing and optimizing molecular biology protocols, analyzing and interpreting experimental data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on the latest advancements in molecular biology and flow cytometry technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Masters or PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field, proven hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, proficiency in flow cytometry, a strong understanding of molecular biology principles, gene expression, and sequencing techniques, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with NGS technologies or bioinformatics tools, as well as knowledge of advanced imaging techniques or automation in molecular biology processes.
