Molecular Biologist

As a Cell and Molecular Biology Scientist at our esteemed organization in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in conducting advanced research in gene therapy and related fields. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Performing molecular cloning, PCR, restriction digestion, and ELISA assays. - Maintaining cell cultures, including primary T cell culture and cell lines. - Producing and titrating lentiviral vectors for gene delivery experiments. - Conducting cytotoxicity and functional assays to evaluate cellular responses. - Analyzing experimental data meticulously and keeping detailed laboratory records. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - A Master's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or M.Tech is preferred. - Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques and cell culture is essential. - Proficiency in lentiviral vector production and titration methods is necessary. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in teams are crucial. - Experience in immunoassays and cytotoxicity assays would be advantageous.
