We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Molecular Biologist to join our dynamic team at Technoculture Research based in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India. As a Molecular Biologist, you will be responsible for leading and executing advanced molecular biology techniques, such as nucleic acid extraction, PCR, and gene expression analysis. Your expertise in molecular biology, hands-on experience with flow cytometry, and familiarity with next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies will be crucial in contributing to cutting-edge research and therapeutic projects while ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include designing, planning, and executing molecular biology experiments, performing cell-based assays and flow cytometry for cell analysis, developing and optimizing molecular biology protocols, analyzing and interpreting experimental data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on the latest advancements in molecular biology and flow cytometry technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Masters or PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field, proven hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, proficiency in flow cytometry, a strong understanding of molecular biology principles, gene expression, and sequencing techniques, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with NGS technologies or bioinformatics tools, as well as knowledge of advanced imaging techniques or automation in molecular biology processes. Personal attributes such as strong attention to detail, commitment to delivering high-quality work, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work independently, innovative mindset, and excellent organizational and time-management skills are highly valued.
