About the Company:

UG NX Designer Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team for plastic injection mold projects.
Review, plan, and approve mold designs using
UG NX (Unigraphics)
software.
Provide design optimization and engineering solutions to improve manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional departmentsproduction, quality, and NPD—to ensure timely execution.
Oversee mold design standards, data management, and drawing validation.
Guide and mentor junior designers and engineers.
Ensure adherence to tool room quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Diploma
in Tool Design / Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years
of experience in injection mold design (automotive preferred).
Strong command over
UG NX
, 2D & 3D design, and GD&T.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
