Module Lead - LabVIEW

As a LabVIEW Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for: Role Overview: You will be utilizing your hands-on development experience using NI LabVIEW and TestStand for at least 5 years. Your architectural skills will be crucial in supporting the team with a focus on NI LabVIEW & TestStand. Additionally, you will be working on interfacing with NI Hardware, PLCs, CAN devices and implementing DevOps, TDD, and Test Automation practices. Your expertise in implementing design patterns, scalable applications, and performance tuning will be essential. Moreover, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to drive practices within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on development experience using NI LabVIEW, TestStand for 5+ years - Architectural skills supporting the team with emphasis on NI LabVIEW & TestStand - Working knowledge on interfacing with NI Hardware, PLCs, CAN devices - Implementing DevOps, TDD, and Test Automation practices - Implementing design patterns, scalable applications for 2+ years - Experience in performance tuning and scaling applications for 2+ years - Proficient in interpersonal communication, collaboration, and building working relationships - Demonstrating strong teamwork, mentoring, and influencing skills to drive practices within the team - Strong understanding of Agile and XP practices Qualifications Required: - Certifications in LabVIEW and TestStand desired - Awareness of Communication Protocols like TCIP/IP, Modbus, UDS, Serial, Profibus, etc. - Basic knowledge of Manufacturing and/or Quality Engineering Domain - Experience in software test automation & Test Data Orchestration - Understanding of basics of JAVA, microservices, and databases - Demonstrated learning agility and strong desire to innovate You will work closely with key stakeholders like Digital Product Owner, Solutions Architect, and Product Development Team to design, develop, deliver, deploy, and support products in OT & Automation product portfolio. Your role will involve understanding requirements, applying system development methodology, evaluating and implementing design solutions, suggesting standard out-of-box solutions, and providing production support for products including integrations and customizations. You will also play a key role in building technical capabilities and promoting good software engineering practices within the team.,
