Modular Interior Production and Quality Control Officer

About Us

Grande Signature is a new premium kitchen and wardrobe brand with multiple stores in Kerala. We have trusted manufacturing partners, and we need one person to ensure every factory delivers the same high finish, look, and quality we promise our clients.

Role Summary

You will visit our partner factories, check production, inspect materials, review quality, and make sure the final kitchen units have the same finish, colour, edge quality, fit, and feel across all locations. You will be our quality gatekeeper in every factory.

What You Will Do

• Travel to partner factories and production units across Kerala.
• Inspect materials before production starts (boards, laminates, hardware, fittings).
• Check production at key stages to maintain a uniform finish.
• Test kitchen units for correct size, fit, and smooth installation.
• Ensure all kitchens meet Grande Signature standards.
• Report quality issues with photos, notes, and suggestions.
• Work closely with factory teams to solve problems fast.
• Maintain a simple quality checklist and daily inspection logs.
• Train partner workers when needed to keep finish and build the same.

Skills We Need

• Good knowledge of modular kitchen production and materials.
• Strong eye for finish details (edges, colour match, alignment, gaps, surface look).
• Clear communication with factory teams and vendors.
• Willingness to travel often.
• Organised and responsible.
• Basic computer skills for reports (Word/Excel/notes, emails).
• Problem-solving mindset.

Experience

• 2+ years in modular kitchen or furniture production or factory quality inspection.
• Experience working with multiple manufacturing partners is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
