Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the FMCG sector, your role will involve driving sales through modern trade channels and key accounts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing secondary schemes in the DMT/IMT stores - Tracking secondary sales - Providing product detailing to retailers - Identifying outlets based on off-take performance - Executing sales growth activities - Building and monitoring relationships with key accounts - Implementing launch plans for new products, monitoring off-takes, and preparing necessary reports - Conducting SKU wise selling - Providing training in the market - Training v-DECs on selling skills, planning, and product knowledge - Addressing pricing challenges in the premium segment compared to local competitors - Sourcing distribution salesmen and managing v-DECs attrition - Resolving issues related to delayed invoicing at the depot, which may result in loss of sales due to stock, CFA infrastructure, invoicing process, or dispatch-related issues,
