You will be joining our Digital CME department as a Moderator, where your role will involve ensuring the smooth running of online CME activities, maintaining a positive learning environment, and engaging with participants. As a Moderator, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring online discussions and activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies - Facilitating discussions and answering questions from participants - Providing feedback and guidance to participants to enhance their learning experience - Collaborating with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content - Assisting in the development and implementation of new online CME activities - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in online education - Providing technical support to participants as needed To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in moderating online educational content - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CME regulations and guidelines - Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for online education, we encourage you to apply for the Moderator position.
