Reporting To : Training Coordinator / Academic Program Manager Location : Remote Work Type : Internship (Full-time – 2 Months) Stipend : ₹5,000 per month Benefits : Certificate of Completion upon successful internship completion Working Hours : 10 hours per day (as per class schedule & coordination requirements) Job Summary The Zoom Class Moderator ensures seamless coordination of virtual learning sessions by managing meeting tools, supporting instructors, monitoring engagement, and handling technical concerns in real time. The role maintains discipline, ensures smooth communication, and provides professional assistance throughout sessions. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Session Setup & Management Participant Coordination Communication & Engagement Professional Conduct Oversight Instructor Support Documentation & Reporting Technical Support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Session punctuality and readiness Accuracy and timeliness of attendance & report Instructor/participant satisfaction rating Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing higher studies in any discipline Experience : Prior experience in virtual facilitation/technical support preferred but not mandatory Work Availability : Must be able to work 10 hours per day as per session schedules Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Zoom controls (breakout rooms, polls, recording, host features) Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, professional delivery Good technical troubleshooting ability for live virtual environments High attention to detail and operational accuracy during sessions Presentable, con dent, and professional behavior at all times Ability to multitask and manage live audience engagement without distractions Proactive approach with strong sense of responsibility and urgency Tools & Systems - Familiarity Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, LMS platforms (preferred)
