Moderation Administrator

As a Moderation Administrator at Electronic Arts, your role is vital in fostering a positive fan community experience by eliminating and mitigating negative and aggressive players from our customer base. Working under the guidance of the Moderation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for moderating player reports and appeals, as well as testing new experiences for our fans. Your contribution in maintaining a high level of fan satisfaction is crucial for the success of our operations team.
