Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Mock Interviewer based in Raipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home sessions. The Mock Interviewer will conduct interview preparation sessions for students, evaluate responses, provide constructive feedback, and share insights on improving communication and professional demeanor. Additionally, the role involves tailoring mock interviews to align with specific career paths and industries, supporting students' job readiness and confidence. We are looking for industry experts from AWS, DATA SCIENCE, and allied topics. We are also looking for professionals from core engineering branches.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback.
• Experience with interview techniques, career counseling, or recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with various industries and their specific job role requirements.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage and document sessions effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt interview styles to suit diverse career paths and student needs.
• A background in education, human resources, or related fields is a plus.
