Position: MobilizerLocation: BhubaneswarJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:A Mobilizer plays a key role in promoting the institute's training programs, connecting with students, generating admissions, and building strong relationships with colleges, communities, and local networks. The goal is to bring potential candidates to the institute and guide them through the enrollment process.Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential students through field visits, calls, community outreach, and networking.Visit colleges, institutes, and community centers to promote our courses and career opportunities.Conduct mobilization drives, seminars, counseling sessions, and awareness programs.Provide accurate information about courses, training, fees, job placement support, and admission procedures.Maintain a database of leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into admissions.Build relationships with educational partners, NGOs, local leaders, and placement agencies.Support the counseling team during admission and documentation.Achieve monthly student enrollment targets.Create daily/weekly reports on mobilization activities and student leads.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).Experience in student mobilization, field marketing, or admission counseling, minimum 1 year required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel for field work.Positive attitude, convincing skills, and target-oriented mindset.Benefits:Attractive salary + performance-based incentives.Travel allowance (if applicable).Opportunity to work with a growing skill development and IT training institute.Career growth in counseling, marketing, and student management.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] or contact us at 7894852685/6372666069.
