Job Description

Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, communities, and villages to promote training programs. Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development, training, or placement programs. Build relationships with local leaders, parents, and community stakeholders to encourage participation. Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions. Counsel prospective students/participants about course offerings, benefits, and career opportunities. Maintain and update student enrollment records and reports. Coordinate with the training and placement teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve enrollment and mobilization targets set by the organization.
