Job Description

The Community Mobilizer / Program Coordinator will engage local communities to mobilize and enroll beneficiaries, coordinate market linkages with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and support daily center operations. The role requires strong communication skills, community engagement, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Mobilize and enroll beneficiaries through field visits and community engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, SHGs, farmers, and stakeholders
  • Promote training programs and keep participant records updated
  • Coordinate with FPOs for market linkage activities and organize exposure visits
  • Assist with daily center operations, documentation, attendance, and reporting
  • Ensure maintenance of training infrastructure and support project staff
Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in community mobilization or administrative roles
