What You’ll Do

1. Deliver sales targets across mobility products, devices, activations & recharges
2. Grow business

   product-wise, segment-wise and town-wise

3. Manage

   direct, indirect & alternate distribution channels

4. Expand distribution in new and underpenetrated markets
5. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & modern trade partners
6. Ensure implementation of Jio’s sales processes, trade programs & compliance norms
7. Train, motivate and monitor sales teams & channel partners
8. Drive market visibility, retail hygiene, and throughput at key outlets

What We’re Looking For

1. 5–7 years of experience in

   telecom / FMCG / mobility channel sales

2. Strong understanding of

   distribution, retail & market development

3. Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
4. Strong numerical & analytical ability
5. High ownership, customer focus & target orientation
6. Ability to lead and influence teams and channel partners
