Pixel Mobiles is a leading mobile accessories and repair service provider, offering wholesale and retail solutions for top brands. We specialize in phone repairs, including display replacement, battery swaps, water damage repair, and advanced board-level work. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Phone Technician to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phones (Android & iOS).
• Perform screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repairs, and software troubleshooting.
• Handle micro-soldering and chip-level repairs (preferred but not mandatory).
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair details clearly.
• Keep the workbench clean, organized, and safe.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role.
• Good knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
• Ability to work with repair tools and equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in board-level repairs and micro-soldering.
• Knowledge of mobile unlocking, flashing, and data recovery.
• Familiarity with POS and repair tracking software.

Education

• High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Mobile phone repair certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
