Mobile Technician

As a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Technician, your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of smartphones and mobile devices. You will be expected to utilize your strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones and tablets including screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port repairs. - Perform software updates, data backups/restorations, and troubleshoot operating system issues. - Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and turnaround times. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace with proper handling of tools and devices. - Communicate effectively with customers regarding device issues, repair status, and maintenance tips. - Ensure timely completion of repairs while upholding high quality standards. - Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and repair materials. - Stay abreast of the latest mobile technologies, models, and repair techniques. Requirements: - Proven experience as a mobile technician or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software, including Android & iOS systems. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and precision hand tools. - Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
