Mobile Sales Promoter

As a Mobile Sales Executive at RK Smart World in KR Puram, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their mobile phone needs. With a minimum of 12 years of sales experience in mobile retail, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and possess basic knowledge of mobile repairs to address customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in choosing mobile phones, accessories, and related products. - Clearly explain product features, specifications, offers, and EMI options to customers. - Stay updated on the latest smartphones, gadgets, and industry trends. - Manage billing, sales records, and daily sales reporting. - Offer basic troubleshooting and support for mobile repairs such as charging issues, battery problems, screen damage, and software updates. - Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. - Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. - Assist in promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in mobile sales/retail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of mobile hardware and software repairs. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet monthly sales targets. - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills. - Enthusiasm for technology and gadgets. - Minimum PUC/12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
