Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative social media and digital marketing campaigns to promote RK SMART WORLD’s products, services, and offers. Manage and grow presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, and Google Business. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of products (new and pre-owned mobiles, laptops, accessories, etc.) for use in promotional content. Design and publish posters, stories, reels, and ads consistently to increase customer engagement and footfall. Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithms to adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Maintain and update Google My Business profile with regular posts, offers, and customer interactions. Coordinate with the sales and technical team to stay informed about current offers, new stock, and services. Create monthly marketing calendars and report on campaign performance, reach, and engagement. Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages on social platforms professionally and promptly. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent skills in photography and video editing (preferably using mobile + basic editing software or apps). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand tone and business goals.
