Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both hardware and software issues in various brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, Vivo, etc. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose issues in mobile devices (hardware & software) Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, mic/speaker problems Handle software flashing, formatting, and OS updates Test mobile devices after repair for quality assurance Maintain tools and repair kits in proper working condition Maintain records of repairs and inventory of spare parts Provide basic customer support and explain issues to clients Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions Keep up to date with new models and repair techniques Required Skills & Qualifications: 10th / 12th pass or Diploma in Mobile Repairing / Electronics 0–2 years of experience in mobile repair (freshers with training can apply) Good knowledge of Android and iOS device structures Ability to use repair tools (hot air gun, soldering iron, multimeter, etc.) Basic understanding of mobile software tools (SP Flash Tool, Odin, etc.) Soft Skills: Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Good communication and customer handling Time management and responsibility Preferred Industries: Mobile repair shops Authorized service centers Electronics retail stores Mobile service startups Highlight the candidate's ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices (both hardware and software), provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records.
