Mobile Flutter Developer (2-3 years experience)

SprigStack is seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Flutter and Dart, experience building cross-platform mobile applications, and a good grasp of mobile app design best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to build seamless user experiences.
• Optimize app performance for speed and scalability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely fixes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development life cycle.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, and state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Good knowledge of both iOS and Android development environments.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Good to Have:

• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
