Must have very good experience with MDM using Workspace ONE UEM (SOTI) and Airwatch

Must have platform knowledge in the platform of Android and iOS (Zebra: TC57 and Apple: iPad and iPod)

Expertise in migration from one MDM tool to another (MEM to WS1)

Good experience in Apple Business Manager (DEP and VPP)

Advanced experience in Apple Push Notification Services (APNs)

Good scripting knowledge in Workspace ONE UEM by using the Products: Files and Actions

Must have knowledge in OS upgrades in Android/iOS and Launchers

Experience in App deployment (Internal, External and Public)

Strong knowledge in Application compatibility testing for OS levels and migration

Intermediate knowledge of MEM

Troubleshooting the apps\OS updates and upgrades \Network (Wi-Fi)\Enrollment\Profiles
