Mobile Application Lead

10+ years experience, 2+ years lead experience preferred
Key Skills:• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.• Deep understanding of state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Context API.• Proficient in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with tools like Axios, Postman.• Experience with React Navigation, deep linking, push notifications, and native modules.• Solid grasp of mobile development fundamentals: performance optimization, profiling, memory management.• Hands-on with native build tools: Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, CocoaPods.• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, OTA updates (e.g., CodePush), and automated testing.• Experience publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.• Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows (feature branching, PRs, reviews).• Bonus: experience working with analytics, feature flags, or mobile A/B testing platforms.• ________________________________________Responsibilities:• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust React Native applications for iOS and Android.• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.• Act as a technical lead in projects providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and trade-offs.• Proactively identify performance issues, memory leaks, and bugs; implement scalable solutions.• Conduct and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to modern development standards.• Contribute to and help evolve shared component libraries and design systems.• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and contribute insights to the team.• Mentor junior developers and help establish a high bar for mobile development excellence.
