The ideal candidate will lead by example, providing technical guidance while managing project timelines, client relationships, and team development. You'll be responsible for ensuring our mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 mobile developers (iOS and Android specialists) • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career
