About Us:
Janshakti Innovations Pvt Ltd is a newly registered startup at the idea stage. We are building our flagship project: a mobile application along with web dashboards for real-time management and analytics. This is a unique opportunity to join as a core tech partner and grow with a startup from the ground up.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Build and manage web dashboards for admin, analytics, and reporting.
• Collaborate on product design, features, and technical strategy.
• Work independently and suggest scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in long-term product development, updates, and scaling.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile app development and web development (React, Angular, or equivalent).
• Experience with MVPs, startups, or SaaS products is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Open to revenue-share.

Compensation:

• Revenue-share model: 2% lifetime revenue from the project.
