Job Description - Mobile App Team Lead (Android & iOS)
Minimum 5+ Years

• Lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Java/Kotlin for Android (native development).
• Ensure app performance, security, and compatibility across devices and OS versions.
• Deploy new and updated apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Optimize app store listings (ASO) to increase visibility and downloads.
• Write compelling app titles, descriptions, keywords, and manage app metadata and screenshots.
• Stay current with ASO trends and competitor strategies to enhance app marketing performance.
• Lead and manage the mobile app development team, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Ensure timely project delivery through structured workflows and strong team coordination.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold best coding and development practices.
• Manage client communication and handle evolving project requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and marketing teams for seamless app development.
• Use version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket for code management.
• Track tasks and sprints using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Understand backend APIs and integration flows with mobile frontends.

• Proficiency in native Android development (Java/Kotlin) and experience with iOS development.
• Strong understanding of app store deployment processes and guidelines for both platforms.
• Expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques and mobile app marketing strategies.
• Team leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong grasp of mobile app architecture and backend integration.
