Job Title:

Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and chats from customers
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Provide accurate and timely information related to products/services
  • Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass or any graduate
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

  • Basic English communication skills
  • Good typing speed and computer knowledge
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Must be comfortable working in

    day shifts

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to 3,00,000 per annum

    (Based on experience and skills)
