Key Responsibilities:

Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing for each release build and live patch.
Conduct end-to-end testing in multiplayer and online environments to validate sync, lag, disconnection, and matchmaking issues. Log, track, and validate defects using JIRA or other bug tracking tools with detailed reproduction steps. Collaborate with development, design, and live operations teams to troubleshoot and isolate critical issues. Assist in updating test plans, writing test cases, and maintaining documentation throughout the testing lifecycle. Participate in game playthroughs, test different player classes, factions, gear types, and content loops to assess balancing and design gaps.

Required Qualifications:

PvE/PvP

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, and test case tools like TestRail.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and replicate bugs in a networked environment.

Good analytical and communication skills; ability to clearly document and report
findings.

Flexibility to test under shifting priorities and during live server events and patch
releases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience testing on PC and console platforms (PS4, PS5, Xbox).

Familiarity with backend service testing or game telemetry review.

Basic understanding of automation tools or scripting is a plus.

Exposure to LiveOps models or seasonal update testing.
