Project Management: Proven track record managing end-to-end projects, including production rollouts and maintenance. Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Certification: Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) or equivalent Agile certifications.
