MLOPS Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Dive deep into the performance DNA of AI/ML applications to identify and crush bottlenecks - Architect and deploy high-impact software solutions using Python, Java, Go, and MLOps - Craft simple yet functional APIs that will be the backbone of intelligent systems - Contribute to refining high-level requirements, ensuring technology meets and anticipates needs - Engage in end-to-end application development with a focus on test-first TDD methodologies - Utilize AI/ML orchestration tools like LangChain and MLflow for model training, evaluation, and deployment - Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver critical AI/ML functionality within the Teradata Vantage platform Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of industry experience in software development and operating systems at a massive scale - Proficiency in Python, with bonus points for knowledge in Go, Java, or other object-oriented languages - Strong command of AI/ML algorithms, methodologies, and tools - Solid foundational knowledge of data structures and algorithms - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes - Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field - Familiarity with relational database management systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL - Excitement for AI and large language models, experience with Analytics, and an ownership mindset are highly valued Company Additional Details: Teradata is committed to empowering customers and their customers through harmonized data, trusted AI, and faster innovation.
