Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Barista or Mixologist, based in Jaipur . The Mixologist will be responsible for developing creative beverage recipes, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service. Additional responsibilities include training team members on product knowledge and drink preparation, working closely with customers to craft personalized beverage experiences, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively
• Knowledge and experience in the food and beverage industry, including beverage preparation techniques
• Training abilities for guiding team members in beverage preparation and product knowledge
• Culinary skills with a focus on innovation and presentation
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in mixology, bartending, or hospitality are a plus
