Mixologist

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers as a Mixologist at Grand Hyatt Kochi. In this role, you will assist with customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets. Your main responsibilities will include verifying age requirements, understanding alcohol pairing and tastes, and preparing traditional and classy drinks. As a Mixologist, you will craft a variety of innovative and classic cocktails using premium ingredients and creative techniques. It will be your duty to create a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere, where you will provide exceptional service and personalized guest experiences. Staying updated on industry trends to curate seasonal menus and unique signature cocktails for the venue will also be part of your role. Maintaining an organized and efficient bar setup, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, is crucial. Building strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and the bar's reputation for excellence will be key to your success in this position. Ideally, you should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
