Job Description

Job Summary:

Mivan Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Execute all
shuttering-related activities
on site, ensuring quality and safety.
Handle
both Conventional and Aluminium (Mivan) formwork systems
, including assembly, alignment, and dismantling.
Carry out
Mivan modification works
as required including panel adjustments, cutting, repair, and fitting to suit site conditions.
Coordinate daily with the
site engineering team
for work planning and sequencing.
Manage and coordinate with
labour teams and sub-contractors
for smooth execution of formwork activities.
Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and formwork accessories required for shuttering works.
Maintain site productivity, monitor work progress, and report issues or delays promptly.
Follow safety standards and ensure the workforce uses appropriate PPE.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience in
Conventional and Mivan formwork
.
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
Strong team coordination and supervision skills.
Experience in residential/commercial building construction preferred.
