As a Product Owner at our company in Australia, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and success of our products. Your responsibilities will include defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of both the business and customers. Your strong analytical skills, user-focused mindset, and ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities effectively. - Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable features. - Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer feedback. - Monitor product performance and gather insights to guide future iterations. - Assist in planning sprints, releases, and ensure timely delivery of product features. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product development. - For manager-level: lead and mentor junior product owners, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - For Junior level: 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles. - For Manager level: 5+ years of experience, demonstrating leadership in product strategy and delivery. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Attributes: - Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. - User-centric approach with a background in gathering and acting on customer feedback. - Strong strategic thinking, planning, and leadership skills (for manager-level).
