Mission Head - Kaushalyam

We are looking for a Mission Head to lead the ambitious Kaushalyam initiative – a mission to empower 35,000+ underserved youth in the Pimpri Chinchwad region over the next 3-5 years.

This leader will

✅ Lead with heart and strategy; demonstrate youth-centricity

✅ Inspire and coach a high-performance team

✅ Manage complex government, donor and ecosystem relationships

✅ Drive large-scale program outcomes with accountability and excellence

✅ Balance execution, innovation and systems thinking

Full-time role requiring 10+ years' leadership experience in youth livelihoods or the broader development sector, emphasizing data-driven decisions and operational excellence. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is essential, with willingness to travel and a 3–4 year commitment expected.
