MIS/IT Expert

As a candidate for this role, you should possess a strong background in both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), with knowledge encompassing networking, cybersecurity, systems integration, and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Have experience with specific software or hardware systems commonly used in an office environment. - Design and implement IT/OT systems, including network architecture, data management, and software/hardware selection. - Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, focusing on protecting OT systems from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in IT/OT systems, perform regular maintenance, and updates to uphold system reliability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Metering, Billing & Collection (MBC) Module. - Utilize experience in SAP, System Integration, ERP Solution licensing & Implementation, Hardware knowledge for ERP systems, and Network connectivity on-site with cloud infrastructure. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech degree in IT/Computer Science. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Power Sector, specifically in handling MIS and Reports, along with data analysis.
