Role & responsibilities

Dynamic individual with minimum 5-6 years of experience helping our GCC reach full potential. Responsible for MIS, Data Analytics and act as Business Consultant to the leadership team.

• Develop and maintain the GCCs Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely availability of data for decision-making processes.

• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate solutions to support the GCCs MIS objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data management needs and provide guidance and support in establishing efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval processes. • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes based on data analysis and feedback.

• Has expertise in implementing complex statistical analyses for data processing, exploration, model building and implementation •

Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used for reporting and analysis.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MIS technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
• Prepare and present reports derived from MIS data to support strategic decision-making processes
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, inhouse and at manufacturing sites and performing data analysis of received data and systems into a presentable form
• Data interpretation skills, analysing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes • Experience and passion in designing dashboards, innovative solutions. • SPOC (single point of contact) for MIS and data analysis.
• Monthly Variance analysis for business review meetings

• Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Proven experience in system upgrades, integrations, and project management.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.

• Ability to develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in managing Management Information Systems, preferably in a supervisory role. •
