Job Description

Position :

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the CBO for all Sales, MIS, and coordination work.
To be the single point of contact for all Sales, MIS data, and reports.
Will coordinate sales-related functions with Business Heads, ZMs, RMs, TMs, and other HO functions like CRC and supply chain on a need-basis.
Coordinate with the Sales team for Sales Planning RSP, Sales calendarization v/s achievement, and Channel Management data and create all kinds of MIS reports like product-wise Sales trends, collection trends, BU / Depot / TM-wise, and any other reports to support the sales team to facilitate smooth achievement of the set objective
Assist the CBO - Sales & Marketing in setting up and preparing reports, MIS, and coordinating all sales review meetings (ORM and other review meetings )
Prepare Dashboard, MIS Monthly Report, PIP reports, Low Performing HQ reports, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS Report and performance review report
Analytical abilities & coordination with all cross-functional functions for better sales support.
Maintain cordial & Professional relationships with all functions to accelerate sales support from all.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Qualification

Any Graduate with 4+ Years of Experience, especially in Sales coordination.
Knowledge of advanced Excel & PowerPoint - shortcut keys, formulas, and functions as per the requirement.
Good experience in handling MIS-related work.
Manage all responsibilities with precision, accuracy, and timeliness and be a dependable, efficient, and trustworthy resource for the Sales department.
