Job Description

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is often preferred. Technical skills: Proficiency in database management, advanced Excel, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of cloud services and machine learning libraries is a plus. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret data, perform statistical analysis, and solve complex IT issues. Leadership and communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage staff and collaborate with other departments effectively. Other skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of business processes.
