MIS (Management Information System) Executive

As an experienced MIS (Management Information System) professional, your role at our company will involve data analysis and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities. You will create regular reports and dashboards for management to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT department to maintain and enhance Management Information Systems for billing purposes. It will be your responsibility to ensure that billing systems are up-to-date and aligned with business needs. Staying up to date with billing regulations and compliance requirements is crucial, and you will play a key role in ensuring that billing processes adhere to legal and industry standards. Addressing customer inquiries related to billing and providing excellent customer service will be part of your daily tasks. You will oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely generation of customer invoices and handling billing disputes and discrepancies. Real-time analysis, performance reports, daily performance reports, and internal dashboard reports will also be within your purview.
