As a Claims Associate – MIS, you’ll be the data backbone of the health claims team—turning raw numbers into actionable insights that help drive smarter, faster decisions. If you enjoy making Excel dance, love SQL logic, and are obsessed with accuracy, this is your zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and automate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Health Claims MIS reports
• Use Qlik Sense or similar data visualization tools for automation and storytelling through data
• Extract and transform data using SQL to provide sharp, real-time insights
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and conduct deep-dive analyses to answer operational questions using BI tools
• Partner with claims teams to optimize data flows and reporting mechanisms

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Health Claims MIS or analytics
• Should have experience working in health insurance data/reporting environments

Education:

• Graduate in any stream (B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, etc.)
• Certification not mandatory but a plus if in Data Analytics or BI tools

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Qlik Sense or any modern data visualization tool
