Job Description

MIS Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Automate repetitive report generation tasks using Excel macros, Power Query, or VBA.
Analyze business data to support management decisions.
Prepare performance reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

Handle vendor invoice processing, verification, and posting in the ERP/accounting system.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
Ensure timely payments and follow up on pending approvals.
Maintain records of all AP transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to accounts payable.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment queries.

Key Skills Required:

Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query)
Knowledge of
Accounting Principles
and
Accounts Payable processes
Hands-on experience with
ERP Systems
(Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with
Power BI
or similar reporting tools (preferred)
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance / Accounting or related field
Minimum 1
years
of experience in MIS Reporting and Accounts Payable
Certification in Excel/MIS or Accounting software is a plus
