Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

MIS & Data Analyst Telemarketing Department

Experience:

2 to 5 years

Role Overview:

MIS & Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze telemarketing data to track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis for management review.
Develop automated reporting tools using
Advanced Excel
and
Power BI
.
Monitor KPIs such as call volumes, conversions, and lead status to identify trends and gaps.
Coordinate with the Telemarketing team to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and update databases, trackers, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years in MIS/Data Analysis, preferably in Telemarketing, BPO, or Sales Support.
Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards)
Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization)
Strong knowledge of SQL (preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Competencies:

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management.
